Intern – Client Services

You are: Enthusiastic, friendly, ambitious and hungry for experience in the social media industry. You will have completed some work experience in a marketing agency previously and want to specialise in a client services role.

You want to: Be part of a fast paced and dynamic client services team, executing campaigns and events as well as activating cutting edge projects utilising a range of social platforms. Midweight Designer (UX/UI)

You are: A problem solver and a creative thinker, with an excellent eye for design and visualisation.

You must have: Experience of Creative Cloud 2014, with UX/UI experience, specifically with user journeys and wireframing, as well as website design. You will have good drawing skills for storyboarding and knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative Suite.

You like to: Create, produce, modify, maintain and innovate digital interactive productions, such as websites, animations, games, applications, and user interfaces. Together with, working closely with designers, using semantic HTML5 and CSS3 markup, to turn static Photoshop designs into working browser based pages and applications.

A bonus would be: A basic understating of HTML and CSS.

You want to: Provide support to the creative, studio and client services teams by being responsible for the day-to-day realisation of a variety of briefs, which could include Photoshop mock-ups, finished-designs, responsive designs, illustration and storyboarding or simple animation briefs.

Mid-weight Developer

You are: A passionate, energetic and confident team-player, who is an excellent communicator, both written and verbally. With a grasp of Javascript, CoffeeScript, AJAX, Facebook Apps, social network APIs, Node.js, CSS3, HTML5, and Responsive Design.

You must have: An exposure to Document Databases  (CouchDB / Couchbase / MangoDB). Legacy server-side technologies, and Javascript  frameworks (Backbone / Angular JS / jQuery).

You like to: Create, produce, modify, maintain and innovate digital interactive productions, such as websites, animations, games, applications, and user interfaces. Together with, working closely with designers, using semantic HTML5 and CSS3 markup, to turn static Photoshop designs into working browser based pages and applications.

A bonus would be: An understanding of Natural Language processing, machine learning, entity recognition, and extraction. As well as, knowledge of Visualisation libraries, Agile development and Hardware side projects (Rapsberry Pi / Arduino / Computer Vision).

Insight Manager

You are: An organised and methodical individual with management experience in a fast paced, client facing environment. You’re used to using a range of social listening and digital measurement tools, and can demonstrate an in-depth experience of social media platforms.

You want to: Consistently improve the quality of all relevant work across the agency – from small weekly updates on the performance of campaigns, to large social media research pieces that exist as stand-alone projects.

Community Director

You are: An effective communicator, with a proven track record of content strategy and creation, and have an excellent understanding of social media and its impact on brands. An excellent organiser and very personable, with the ability to build strong working relationships with clients.

You must have: Experience of creating digital and social media content across and array of different platforms, and experience in the development and mentorship of a growing team within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to lead from the front. Good client-facing skills essential.

You’re great at: Displaying strategic thinking and commercial understanding, as well as devising creative and strategic plans, and then managing their day-to-day delivery. Developing strong relationships with clients, developing ideas and strategies for promoting campaigns, and optimising strategy and maximising positive conversation around our clients’ brands.

Technical Director

You are: A technical & digital expert who has proven agency experience in driving the direction & management of all the technical efforts across an organisation.

You must have: Proven ability in delivering large and complex projects, experience as a senior developer / team lead and knowledge of the latest web frameworks including python Django and Codeigniter and advanced knowledge of HTML(5), CSS(3), javascript, jQuery.

You like to: Define/create technical solutions and act as quality controller for all technical development, either produced internally or through third parties. Act in a client facing capacity where needed to convey technical solutions.

Digital Project Manager

You are: An excellent and proactive communicator, with excellent project planning, budget management, and management skills. With a knowledge in areas such as video production, graphic design, and UI/UX design, desirable.

You must have: A technology or digital related degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of technical development of new media advertising products, including mircosites, banner advertisements, mobility platforms like apps, motion graphics, widgets and social media applications. Familiarity with all standard web hosting models, with experience and knowledge of social platforms, and knowledge of current web technologies in a commercial environment.

A bonus would be: Project management training and industry recognised training in UX design highly beneficial.

You want to: Be responsible to lead, document and manage all assigned digital projects to an agreed schedule, budget and level of quality through the project life cycle. In addition create project plans and timelines, facilitate and manage any digital production documents including Scope of Work, Functional Specification, Technical Specification and any other Project Documentation will be required.

Media Director – Paid Social

You are: A digital media specialist! Who is a passionate and entrepreneurial self starter with proven paid social media experience at a senior level, preferably gained within an agency environment.
