Yes, that’s right, our Custom Christmas Crackers are BACK for 2011!
What? You don’t know what I’m talking about? Where have you been?!
Let’s rewind 12mths and, if you recall, we managed to secure four of the world’s foremost Christmas cracker joke writers and managed to convince them to spend the day writing bespoke jokes [or 'be-jokes'] in our basement.
Well, this year we’re doing it again. This time though, we’ve gone bigger and better. How? Let me count the ways…
- This year we’ve hired in three comics, not four (apparently they work better in odd numbers).
- Instead of hiding them away in our basement, we’ve packed them off to the North Pole where they’ll be sat, shivering and focused while we feed them morsels of tweet-based insights that might spark their creative joke-juices. Don’t believe us? Check the live stream.
- We’ve gone and got ourselves a media partner. Big up to the lovely publishers of modern marketing & media news, The Drum for helping us spread the Christmas cheer.
The big question is: how do you get involved? It’s EASY.
Simply send a tweet to @1000heads, using the hashtag ‘#customcracker‘, and we’ll make sure they get fed into our joke machine… it might not be instantaneous (the creative process often takes time y’know), but we will try and get back to every single one.
